About me

I have always had a heart for women.
My life-journey has included decades walking alongside them in Norway, including over 15 years with refugee women from different cultures, nationalities and faiths suffering from massive challenges and I’ve been deeply impacted by the experience.

During that time I became increasingly aware of the huge resilience that exists within the psyche of the woman. They came to us from war zones, camps, abuse, torture & trauma and even had difficulty reconnecting with family, not least in the new environment and culture of Norway. Yet I've seen them raised up, trained and go into the marketplace.
Quite, quite extraordinary despite the 'foreign-ness' they experienced, and deep yearning they had for their homelands.

Since then, my work & studies off- & online these past 20 years in New Zealand have shown me that women in the West experience similar hidden barriers and feelings of of isolation, loneliness, & invisibility as those women described above.

As a trained nurse, environment-therapist for refugees, refugee consultant, family therapist, spiritual director, transformative life coach, writer, keynote speaker, and prophetic artist, I have decades of experience observing women. I regard the woman of our time as extremely well educated and powerful, but is often struggling with inner core and hidden barriers causing a lack of self-esteem, expansion and clarity.
And therefore I wanted to introduce this new program for YOU!
